ImageEn for Delphi and C++Builder

It can load and save from several image file formats, acquire from TWain/WIA scanners (single and multi pages), capture video, apply filters and enhance images quality, merge images, select image regions (Magic Wand supported) and other. It supports also multiple layers and transparency.
