TeamIE
HiComponents is proud to announce the formation of
TeamIE members.
HiComponents TeamIE members are similar in concept to TeamB members found on
borland.public.delphi news groups. Voluntary TeamIE members are selected by
HiComponents based on their knowledge and experience with HiComponents
software. TeamIE members will provide technical support in HiComponents
newsgroups and may reply to end-users email on Support behalf.
We are developing TeamIE so that HiComponents may spend more time producing
improvements, updates and bug fixes to HiComponents software. It is believed
that end-user support will also become timely and improved.
If you get an email from TeamIE or see TeamIE following the individuals name in
the newsgroups, they are official TeamIE members. TeamIE members will answer
questions on the newsgroups and provide assistance with some support questions
via email.
Formal technical support will continue to be handled at the same email address (support@hicomponents.com).
We will forward some emails to TeamIE members for quick response. If TeamIE
members can not solve a technical question, the team member will notify you that
he is unable to solve the problem and will contact HiComponents to resolve the
problem.
I have selected Bill Miller to be the TeamIE Leader. Either Bill Miller or
support will announce additional TeamIE members when they become established.
TeamIE members will be rewarded based on the time elapsed in TeamIE as well as
the amount of support they provide as TeamIE members as follows:
Level 1 - free upgrades (no need to buy "ImageEn registration extension")
Level 2 - a license of ImageEn.ASP
Level 3 - a license of ImageEn ActiveX
Level 4 - a license of ImageEn.Net
Level 5 - ImageEn source code
If you are interested in volunteering as a TeamIE member please contact
HiComponents at support@hicomponents.com. If you are selected to be a
TeamIE member we will notify you by email and your name will be announced on the
newsgroups.
